Title
Copy mortgage of 18 Jun 1731 in £300 by Francis Revell of Brookhill Hall p. Pinxton clerk, to Hammond Turner of Treeton, Yorkshire clerk, of a capital messuage in Pinxton, but in Nottinghamshire, called Brookhill Hall, with a close adjoining north east of the house containing 8 acres, a messuage in Alfreton and several closes belonging containing 42 acres called Hawkins Farm, and all other messuages lands, tenements, mines etc of the mortgagor at Brookhill and Alfreton Endorsed with memoranda relating to the mortgage, a further charge on the premises, partial repayment etc 1731-1737.
