TitleArticles of agreement between Robert Revell of Carnfield and William Downing of Blackwell husband-man. Robert has contracted with William for the sale of a messuage with lands in the possession of William, and another messuage with lands in the possession of Mary Boot widow in Blackwell, being all the estate which Robert has in Blackwell. Robert covenants, in consideration of £200 at the sealing hereof, £100 on 1 Dec next, and £900 on 16 January next, that he will convey the premises to William before 16 Jan next, 16 Nov
