Lease for 21 years by Dorothy Revell of Carlingthaite alias Carliefield widow and Robert Revell of the same, her son, to Josuah Wheldon of Chesterfield, distiller, of a close in Chesterfield called the Crosse Close late in the possession of Thomas Dowker, with ways, waters and commons, (except mines of lead, coals and ironstone and quarries of stone, power to open and work the same and liberty to make soughs for carrying away water and to stack coals and stone, and except timber, trees, woods and underwoods, with liberty to cut, sell and carry away the same,) to hold from 24 Mar next.
