Bargain and sale by Anthony Poole of Dunsell p. Teversal, Nottinghamshire and Richard Richardson of Newton p. Blackwell yeoman to Edward Revell of Brockhill p. Pinxton of close called Swanee Nest Meadowe, Blackwell (2 acres) (reservations of mineral rights and further recitals as in 2/48), reciting the sale to George Revell late brother of Edward Revell by Sir John Molyneux late of Teversal deceased and Nicholas Roberts of the Inner Temple of the close, that George has since died and the tithe to the close has descended to his brother Edward, and that Poole and Richardson are the surviving feoffees for the trust. 9 May 8 Charles l.
