Bargain and sale by Anthony Poole of Teversal, Nottinghamshire, Henry Trewman of Hucknall, Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, and Richard Richardson of Newton p. Blackwell yeoman, to Edward Revell of Brockhill, Pinxton of messuages as in recital following reciting the purchase by Revell from Sir John Molyneux late of Teversal, deceased and Nicholas Roberts of the Inner Temple, of 2 messuages in Blackwell, and a messuage in Blackwell, lands, tenement, etc. (except mines, veins and delphs of pit coals and liberty to dig for, get, stack and carry them away) in manner as they were conveyed by Poole, Trewman and Richardson by indenture dated 4 Jan last to Sir Francis Molyneux of Teversal the parties to the said indenture, with John Marriott late of Hillcott p. Blackwell since deceased, and other persons, purchased from Sir John Molyneux and Nicholas Roberts other messuages, lands and tenements in Blackwell and the hamlets of Newton and Hillcott p.
