Title	Family settlement by way of lease by John Boller of Winkborne [Winkburn], Nottingham, yeoman, in consideration of the jointure of Elizabeth his wife, to Anthony Richardson of Pinxton and Christofer Faythe of Blackwell, yeomen, of a messuage and four oxgangs of land in Hockerton, Nottingham now or late in the occupation of Robert Samisome or his assigns, with all other messuages, cottages, mills dove-cots, waters, lands, commons, woods etc. in Hockerton.
