DescriptionWith wainscot, ceiling, doors, portals, glass in windows, leads, gutters, lands, lands [i.e. parks] rails, meadows, pastures, wood, underwoods, mills, fish ponds and stangs, now in the occupation of Zouche or his assigns, (except oak, ash, elm, birch and other woods and underwoods growing out of the ditches adjoining the rails or distant from them by 1¼ yards, if the same be felled and carried away within 5 years); also of a yearly rent of 12s. out of the capital messuage and manor house of Carlingthaite Hall; also of yearly rent of 8s. out of land called Pygget Field in the occupation of Anne Revell widow, mother of George.
