Title
Lease for 16 years by Edmund Lord Sheffielde to Richard Trentham the younger and Anne his wife of Blackwell collier, of one half of a messuage farm or tenement with one half of all lands, tenements, and commons belonging in Blackwell. Yearly rent 33s. 4d. The lessees covenant to find a workman to work as a collier at the coalmines of the lessor in Blackwell for such wage as is there given to other colliers, to do such services as have usually been done for the premises, to keep one half of the messuage and buildings in repair, and to make and maintain quickset and ditches. 20 Mar 30 Eliz
