Bargain and sale by Joseph Moore and Anne his wife of Alfreton mercer and Samuel Moore of Kegworth, Leicestershire fellmonger to John Clarke of Alfreton mason, consideration 10s to Joseph and Anne and £25 to Samuel Moore, of a house and gardens in Alfreton and 2½ yards x 2½ yards of land. Warranty against any fee farm or quit rent to Rowland Morewood.
