Release to follow lease for possession by Matthew Marshall of Shirland, mason, to Joseph Hepworth of South Wingfield Park, Officer of excise and Patrick Richardson Radford of Little Eaton, tanner (which Joseph and Patrick married Mary Cooke and Rebecca Cooke, the two surviving daughters of Francis Cooke late of South Wingfield Park, yeoman, deceased) of two undivided third-parts of Shadwells, otherwise the Shadwell Plots and the Park Closes containing in all 18 acres 8 perches lying in Shirland. Recital of two mortgages (both dated 4 April 1772) one by Matthew Marshall to Francis Cooke, the other by Joseph Marshall of Shirland, mason, to Francis Cooke, both in £175; recital of will of Francis Cooke (13 Apr 1774) recital of purchase one third-part so mortgaged by Matthew Marshall from Joseph Marshall).
