Description
Reciting the will of John Jackson dated 11 June 1692, and the friendly arbitration and division of the lands of John Jackson by Francis Birds and William Noon, whereby John Birds and Mary his wife are to have messuages and lands in Sutton-on-the Hill, Longford and Church Broughton as set out in the first schedule; Ann Wakefield is to have messuages and lands as set out in the second schedule, lying in Hollington, Shirley, Longford, Sutton and Ashbourne; and Robert Solden and Elizabeth are to have messuages and lands in Ashbourne and Mapleton as set out in the third schedule.
