Description
Agreement that Benjamin Parker and Samuel Caulton shall, after the death of Mary Wast, widow, stand seized of one acre of arable land in the Littlefield in Derby and another acre in Darley Slade Field in the liberty of Darley Abbey, to the use of Thomas Wast (son-in-law of Samuel Allsopp) and his heirs, and in default of issue, to the use of Sarah daughter of Samuel Allsopp and her heirs
