The Vicar and Churchwardens of the parish of St Peter in Derby plus nine trustees of the Liversage lands or estate give to William King a piece of meadow or pasture ground in Batemans Chequer Leys Close in Derby (which close was purchased by King from George Bateman), in exchange for two lands of arable in Parkfield in Derby
