The Vicar and Churchwardens of the parish of St Peter in Derby, plus seven other trustees give to Thomas Wast one arable land (half an acre) in the Little Field in Derby, and four other lands with a headland in the Little Field (2a), in exchange for one arable land in the Little Field (1a) and four other arable lands and part of a fifth in the Little Field (2a)
