Description
Recites feoffment dated 26 Apr last [D174/15/1-2], by which a parcel of ground in the Corne Littlefield in Derby together with adjoining lands formerly in tillage, and a parcel of grass ground and adjoining leys called the Crosse Leys and a close of adjoining land called Potterells Land were conveyed by Dorothy Parkes to William King (the purchase money for which was raised equally between William King, John Wright and Thomas Wast); agreement between the parties to hold the land in equal third parts.
