Release to follow lease for possession by George Chaworth of Anesley (co Nottingham) esq and Samuel Hinde of Whittington gent to John Hopkinson of Wessington farmer of two undivided third parts of one moiety, and one undivided fourth part of one moiety of a messuage in Wessington and the Three Nook Close, the Close before the door, Little Croft, Grass Croft, Barn Close, Long Close, the Butts, the Meadow, Oxpasture, Stafford Cliff, Farm Broom Close, the Pingle, Middle Broom Close, Coal Flatt, the Lane, Near Broom Close, the Near and Far Coat Closes. Consideration £500 paid to Chaworth and £200 to Hinde. Warranty excludes the right title and interest of Rev Chaworth Hallows of Glapwell Clerk in one undivided third of a moiety and one undivided fourth part of a moiety of the said premises.
