Assignment of lease for residue of term of 21 years by William Hopkinson of Toadhole Furnace, Shirland farmer, to his son John Hopkinson of Wessington farmer of a messuage in Wessington and the following closes: the Homestead, the Lane, the Oak close, the Old Pasture, the New Close, the Barrow Cliff, the Stibbard Cliffe, the Well Close, and the Acre containing in all 25 acres 1 rood 38 perches; and also a moiety of the following closes: the Homestead, the Cow Pasture, the Three Nooked Close, the Croft, the barn Close, the Grass Croft, the Near Coate Close, the Coate Flat, the Near, Middle and Further Broom Closes, the Long Close, the Buts, the Meadow, the Oxpasture, the Stanfoot Cliffe, the Pingle, and the Cane and a moiety of that messuage known as the Broom House, containing in all 78 acres 3 roods 30 perches: timber and mineral rights reserved to lessor
