Lease and release by Samuel Roberts of Alfreton yeoman to John Hopkinson of Broomhouse, Alfreton yeoman of a messuage in Wesington and the following closes: the Nine Half Acres, Broad Place, Overbroad Place, the Over Wet Acre, the Underfall, the Dole Place and the Hilly Well Sick Dole, now better known as the House Close, the Near and Far Broad Closes, Thrive Acres, the Underfall, and the Wet Acre, containing in all 131/2 acres. Consideration £962 10s. Dated 2/3 Dec 1814. Endorsed with memorandum of conveyance of the Underfall and the Wet Acre to James Slater 9 Dec 1864
