PhD. University of London, King's College, Strand, London WC1. JRW Size 6" x 5" (15.5cm x 13 cm) Original held at The National Archives, Kew: PRO, MPC 1/59. Copies in DRO: D2406/1, enlarged photocopy on 6 sheets of paper, each 30 x 42cm; D172/1 reduced photographic reproduction, reduced in size 15.5cm. x 13 cm., north at top, no title, no scale, explanatory text on map: endorsed 'Copy of 16c. map in PRO sent to me by E.M.Yates MSc.
