Lease by Francis, 10th Earl of Huntingdon to Joseph Griffiths, clerk, Joseph Fisher, farmer, James Moss the elder, farrier, Brian Knight, sawyer, Thomas Wheildon, cooper, Joseph Hollingsworth, farmer George Birch, tailor, William Doubleday, farmer Thomas Moore, glover (all of Melbourne), Roger Banton of Ticknall, cordwainer, and William Turner of Staunton Harold (Leicestershire), cordwainer, of a parcel of land at Melbourne being at the north west end of a close known as the Cunnery, (78 feet x 96 feet x 99 feet x 117 feet) with the chapel or meeting house erected upon the same by the lessees, for 61 years at 7s a year 5 Apr
