Lease and release by William Lovett of Manchester, cotton manufacturer (son and heir of William Lovett of Matlock, deceased) and Tace Lovett, widow of William Lovett, to William Milnes of Ashover, merchant, in trust for Adam Woolley the younger of Matlock, gent., in consideration of £350, of a newly erected dwelling house at Warmwalls als. Warmwalls, Matlock, with outbuildings etc., and also such part of the royalty of the manor of Matlock as 1s 1½d bears to £14 13s 5d. 28/9 Dec
