As follows:
(1) John Leaper Newton: in respect of Manor of Barewardcote, and messuage etc. occupied by Thomas Bates - disallowed; in respect of houses and land occupied by George Finney and Samuel White - allowed
(2) Mary Gilbert: in respect of house in Burnaston - allowed
(3) John Lowe: half a rood adjacent Green Lane, Burnaston – allowed
(4) Joseph Drakefield: garden etc in Burnaston- allowed
(5) William Willder: messuage, shop etc at Sparrow Flatt, Burnaston - disallowed
(6) Robert Smith: messuage and half of the Blind Balk, Burnaston - allowed
(7) Elizabeth Laban: two messuages in Burnaston - allowed for 1 messuage only
(8) Jonathan Fisher: 3 lands in Spring Well Strutts, Riding Field, Burnaston - disallowed
