Giving name of tenant, description of property, date of lease, term, expiration and rent. Referring to George Taylor’s charity; S; Charles Skrynster’s Charity; Almshouses; Francis Heathcote’s Annuity; Thomas Large’s Charity (p?b called 3 Tuns and various lands)’ Apprentices Indentures in Barlborough, Unstone, Tapton, Snitterton, Darley, Matlock; Mrs Heathcote’ and her sons; Thomas Webster’s Charity; Francis Moore’s Charity – Newbold closes; Nicholas Yorke’s Charity, Ashover Hill Top;- also Bolsover estate; Godfrey Wolsteholme’s Charity; Brackenfield Annuity, Brampton closes, Sarah Rose’s Charity – Brampton closes; Ballowdon [?Ballidon] estate; closes at Ashover Over End; Brailsford house at top of Market Place; Beetwell Street; closes in Tapton, Staveley Hague; seats in Chesterfield Church. At the back, terrier of Ashover properties, plus various accounts, summary rental and accounts of individual charities, 1799-1800.
