Witnesses: John de Stafford, Nicholas de Leghes, Nicholas de Wardlow, William de Laverack, Thomas Laverack and others. Dated at Chesterfield, Friday after the Feast of St Michael the Archangel 19 Ric II [1 Oct 1395]
