Marriage settlement of John Shore, the younger, gentleman of Wirksworth and Mary Toplis, spinster of Wirksworth.

Description
In return for £300, John Shore agrees to surrender the messuage he lives in and the adjoining messuage to the south to himself for life, then to his widow for life and then to their issue. Similarly he conveys the property at 6 and a close called the Limepitts to Robert Toplis, tanner of Wirksworth and William Storer, yeoman of Ashleyhay, parish of Wirksworth to the uses as aforementioned. 2 February 1705/6.
