Description
Prior Nicholas and convent of St Thomas near Stafford confirm gift to them by Hugh de Timmor of moiety of Fradswell held by Thomas Meverell and his ancestors by feoffment of Simon the Wise to William Meverell; Prior and convent now confirm that Thomas Meverell, lord of Throwley, and his heirs shall hold moiety of Fradswell on condition that Prior and convent shall have half of all future improvements of waste in Fradswell
