Title
Agreement between Robert Johnson of Bakewell, gent, and Richard Roe of Manchester, and Thomas Appleby by Snelston, farmer to let to Appleby for one year from 25 Mar 1828 a farm in Snelston called the First containing 56 acres 1 rood 35 perches at the yearly rent of £84, and for Appleby to sell to Johnson at a fair and reasonable price all the unconsumed stock of hay and straw after the lease has expired, 25 Feb 1828
