Attested copy of conveyance by Stephen Kendall of Stanford-le-Hope, co Essex, yeoman, and Jane his wife, one of the daughters of William Peach, to John Milward of Ashborne, in consideration of the sum of £170, of an undivided fifth part of a messuage in Snelston commonly known as Snelston Bank, several parcels of land in Snelston containing c48 acres and an undivided fifth part of several parcels of land at Creighton belonging to the said messuage
