Lease and release by Bryan Hardin of Snelston, clerk to maskery Bill of Birchwood Moor in pa Norbury, yeoman, in consideration of £300, of a messuage in Snelston and the adjoining Tenters Croft containing about one acre, a parcel of land and a barn situated on the north side, the land opposite Bryan Harding's dwelling house known as Hurds Croft and containing four acres, and a parcel of land in Snelston called Rooms croft containing about two acres and land lying in two separate parcels in Timbrell Field containing about two acres, 24-25 Mar 1732/33
