Articles of agreement made between Thomas Brunt of Snelston, yeoman, and Gervase Bennett of Snelston, esq, whereby Brunt promises to convey to Bennett on or before 1 May next ensuing a close in Snelston in a field called Parke Field, land lying on a furlong called the Parke Flatt, a single piece of land lying on the same Flatt and three pieces of land, the total area of land covering 1 acre 3 roods 15 perches, for the sum of £10 12s,13 Jan 1661/2
