Copy reconveyance by Susanna and Mary Parker of Ashborne, spinsters, to Adam Warin of Clifton, pa Ashborne, brickmaker and Edward Allen of Ashborne, yeoaman (trustee Adam Warin) in consideration of the sum of £500, of a messuage at Clifton Hill near Clifton, a parcel of land adjoining the said messuage containing by survey two roods being the lower part of Littlewood otherwise Pesse Pingle, closes in Clifton known as the Piece Pingle Croft (containing by estimation half an acre), the Lane Close otherwise Long Close, the Lane Pingle and the Breedy Lanes or Beedy Lanes (containing five acres), 4 Apr 1809
