From a bundle of deeds etc re advowson of Kniveton Curacy and the tithes of Little Wynn Farm in Kniveton. These belonged solely to Edmund Evans after 1807, one third having been conveyed by Gell in 1797 and the remaining two thirds by Messrs Stone and Beard's trustees in 1807
