This map is described in the Derbyshire Record Society's "A Catalogue of Local Maps of Derbyshire c.1528–1800" (compiled by Harold Nichols, revised by Mary Wiltshire assisted by Susan Woore, published 2012). The description reads as follows:
Kniveton Parish Woodhead Farm (crossed through and written in a later hand) Wynn Farm [late 18c]. Scale: of chains [1:2400]. Size: 37 x 31 cm. Materials: ink on cloth backed paper. Centred on: SK216484 Notes: compass, NNW at top. Shows 57 acres with named fields boundaries with trees, stream, house in block plan, garden: adjoining landowners named. Location:DRO, D157 M/T3024
