Title
Copy lease for possession and marriage settlement between John Harrison of Derby, gent, Mary Almond of Derby, spinster, George Almond of Nottingham, linen draper, and Thomas Saxelbye of Derby, merchant, by which, in consideration of the intended marriage between John Harrison and Mary Almond, Harrison grants to George Almond and Thomas Saxelbye a messuage with the homestead, croft and several parcels of land in Aston upon Trent containing 76 acres and 3 messuages with several parcels of land in Bromihurst within Barton upon Irwell, co Lancaster, including the Chadwicks and the Intake Estate, 2-3 Jan 1796
