Title
Lease for possession and mortgage in fee by Joseph Cowlinshaw of Shardlow, yeoman, to William Clifford of Shrdlow, cordwainer, in consideration of £280, of an undivided fifth part of a messuage and croft in Aston upon Trent, a parcel of ground called Bingham's Green in Shardlow containing by estimation 4 acres 1 rood 30 perches, and several parcels of inclosed ground in Aston Upon Trent containing by estimation about 30 acres in total, with bond.
