Articles for the dissolution of the partnership of John Sedgwick, James Sedgwick and John Withington, all of Manchester, merchants in the business of manufacturing, preparing and spinning cotton and wool whereby Withington, in consideration of the sum of five shillings, releases to the Sedgwicks title to the building lately used by them for the purpose of carrying on their business, situated near Ancoats Lane in Manchester and all goods, chattels, etc, and the Sedgwicks have agreed to discharge and pay all debts they owe jointly with Withington on account of their co-partnership, 10 Sep 1792
