Lease and release by William Bridgman of Derby, gent to Thomas Whitworth of Brailsford Copy, yeoman, in consideration of £1,055, of a newly erected messuage with newly erected barn, stable, coach house and out-buildings with yards, orchard and gardens, and several closes of ground, namely Hurd's Close, the Pingle, the two Carr Snapes, the House Close, the Barn Close, the Oller Close, the Further Snapes, the Midlde Snapes and the Three Cornered Piece, all in Snelston, 10-11 Apr 1751
