Attested copy bargain and sale by Daniel Parker Coke of Derby, esq, son of Thomas Coke, late of Derby, esq, deceased, and Richard Whitby of Derby, gent to Robert Rider of Fetter Lane, London, gent, of two tenements commonly known as the College and the Little College both of which were formerly a religious house called the College in the parish of All Saints Derby, land containing by estimation about 5 acres commonly called Ireland Orchard, with cottage thereon standing, a messuage now divided into two tenements in a certain street in Derby called the Rotten Row, commonly known as the White Horse Inn, several messuages (including Leasow Farm House and Hall Farm) and several parcels of land containing c203 acres in Yeaveley, two closes at Ockbrook containing by estimation 14 acres commonly known as the Upper Pillers and nether Pillers, three closes at Osleston in the parish of Sutton on the Hill, containing by estimation about 17 acres and commonly known as the Hill Tops, a messuage at Hilton, and several closes of land in Hilton containing by estimation 67 acres and messuages in Ashbourne 20 Jan 1778
