Title
Agreement between Stephen Matthewes, of the one part, and John Lord and others, creditors of Robert Archer, (upon whose petition a Commission of Bankruptcy against Archer has been granted), and Samuel Cheshire, assignee of the said commissioners, of the other part, whereby Matthewes shall have an assignment of messuages, crofts, gardens, lands, etc. Conveyed by the Commissioners of Bankruptcy to Cheshire in exchange for quitting his debts and paying £57 10s to Cheshire for the use of the creditors, 23 May 1687
