Title
Deed of exchange between Robert Doxey, citizen and goldsmith of London, and John Tonycliffe of Snelston, yeoman, whereby Docksey gives to Tonnycliffe on end of one arable land in a field called Holt Field containing 3 perches of land, and in consideration of £7 and in exchange, Tonnycliffe conveys to Docksey one strip of arable land also in Holt Field, in Snelston, containing 3 perches, 10 Jan 1666/7
