Title
Lease and release by Thomas Wise of Ashbourne, gent and Adam Warin of Clifton, brickmaker, to Joseph Lines of Clifton, yeoman, and Samuel Wright of Ashbourne (trustee), in consideration of £390, of a messuage with brick kiln, hovels and appurtenances in Clifton recently erected upon the parcel of land known as the Intake, and several pieces of land known as the Nether Lane Close, Upper Long Close, the Lane Pingle, the Intake, the Plantation and the lane called Breedy Lanes, all in Clifton 10-11 Jan 1812
