Articles of agreement between Ellen Coxon, widow of Thomas Coxon, late of Snelston, yeoman, deceased, and John Sherrat of Foxt, co Stafford, yeoman, of one part, and Godfrey Meynall of Bradley esq, of the other part, whereby Coxon and Sherrat agree to convey to Meynell the title to a messuage and several parcels of land in Snelston in consideration of £950, 29 May 1708
