Release by Gervase Bennet of Snelston, esq to Robert Archer, late of London, grocer, and now of Snelston, in consideration of £1,890, of the Manor House, several closes called the Poole Yards, Cowe Closes, Broome Close, Ferny Sides, Calfe Sides, Great Sides, Flenlo Pitts, Mooreflatt, Horse Close, Flelsford and Toadhole, all those mills standing upon Dove called the Corn Mill and the Walk Mill and all such part of the close called the Pitts lying near the said Mills, all in the parish of Snelston 20 Dec 1668
