Plan, entitled 'Belper', showing the mills and works there

Description
Showing buildings, their functions (with colours according to different functions) and number of stories. The six mills (West, North, Round, Reeling, South and Winding) are labelled A-F. Several of the structures in/across the water are numbered 2-5, 7, 9-12. Also showing the gasometer (uncoloured), and containing several later pencil annotations.
