Title	Marriage settlement between Matthew Webster of Barlow Lees, Yeoman, and Godfrey Watts of Loads, Brampton, Yeoman, and John Dale of Chesterfield, Yeoman, by which, in consideration of a marriage between William Webster son of Matthew Webster and Ruth Watts daughter of Richard Watts of Barlow, Yeoman, brother of Godfrey Watts, and £100, Matthew Webster has released to Godfrey Watts and John Dale, all that messuage, dwellinghouse or tenement in Newbold purchased by Matthew Webster of his nephew William Webster, and closes called Over Newbold Close, the Little Hill Close and a parcel of land lying in a little mean piece of land called Mean Leese, 7a by estimation, all in Newbold: to the use of William Webster for life, then to the use of Ruth Watts for life and then to the use of their lawful issue; in default to the use of the right heirs of William Webster
