| Custodial History | The majority of minutes in the series are bound volumes labelled as per the reference number. There was no volume for 1934-1935 and this bundle was received in November 2018 with a large collection of other Chesterfield Borough Council records, including unbound minutes 1925-1935, the other unbound minutes were found to duplicate the bound set already catalogued under D1504/1/1 and were therefore disposed of.
