Title	Secretary's correspondence and papers for Advisory Committee meetings, arranged by meetings

Description	Except for those in D14/YC 16/1 the papers were found loose, mainly disassociated from the few surviving file covers. These covers indicated the original filing system. D14/YC 16/5 held a few papers for 1956 meetings. Others have been added. Also found loose with them were the contents of D14/YC19/2, 3 and 5, YL1, YL10, and parts of the other YL files. A few randomly dated papers were found in files marked "Pending" or similarly named. These related to both YL and YC subjects and where they related to YC16 dealt with statistics and discussions of disparate dates. They were therefore treated as if found loose. Possibly documents were taken from old files to set up a new filing system in 1960.
