Copy probate of Job Dean - all his real and personal estate to Job Boden of Mayfield, Staffordshire, farmer and cattle dealer, and his eldest son William Dean, upon trust to permit his wife Sarah Dean to receive the rents etc. for her life and then his estates at Boylestone to his son William Dean; his personal estate to his son Thomas Dean and his daughter Ann Porter in equal shares. Will dated 9 Oct 1850, probate. 21 Aug 1866
