Title
Copy lease by John Highlord of London, esq., and Elizabeth his sister, to Thomas Denning, citizen and salter of London, of a piece of land with 3 messuages thereon, on the north side of Crutched Friars parish of St Olave, Hart St., London (44½ ft x 118 ft) and a parcel of land being the underpart of a messuage adjoining the above premises(9ft x 54 ft) for 70 years at a pepper corn rent for the first year and £40 pa thereafter. Denning to demolish the buildings within one year and erect new houses according to the specifications for second or third rate buildings under the Act for Rebuilding the City of London
