Enfranchisement in common socage by Sir Henry Agard of Foston, of John Eld of the Pinfold, Scropton, yeoman, the messuage and appurtenances called "a Reeves thing", ancient copyhold inheritance of the Eld family in the manor of Scropton extending into Staffordshire, part of the duchy of Lancaster, held of the manor of Enfield, Co. Middlesex, for £15 13s 4d, socage rent 8s 4d.
